At 2:30, Missouri started its final regular-season game in Fayetteville, looking to improve to 8-4 on the season. Arkansas would look to end the year on something to be happy about, looking to evade a ten-loss season. Arkansas would win the toss and elect to kick.

Missouri would get a nice kick return down to their own 37 and on the first play of scrimmage, Beau Pribula would take a QB keeper down to the Arkansas 10. Two plays later, the Tigers found the end-zone, with Jamal Roberts running it in from the wildcat. Touchdown Tigers, 7-0 with 13:25 to go in the 1st.

Arkansas freshman QB KJ Jackson would get the start and on his first play, would complete a pass for 26 yards. Arkansas would get across midfield, but an illegal shift penalty and a swing pass that went nowhere folded the drive. Missouri would take over at the 20 with a chance to open the wound some more.

At first it looked promising, as the Tigers gained 29 on the first two plays, but eventually fizzled out, after a sack on third down. Arkansas would respond, going on a 12-play, 73 yard drive, capped off by a 16-yard TD pass to O’Mega Blake. Knotted at 7 late in the first.

It goty worse for Missouri. On the ensuing drive, Missouri would convert a 4th down, showing some early promise. Very next play? Pribula dropped the ball in attempting to throw a screen, Arkansas with the scoop and score. 14-7 Hogs.

Missouri would fortunately respond, with the next drive all coming courtesy of the ground game. Jamal Roberts with some nice early runs and capped off by a 11-yard TD run from Pribula. Knotted at 14.

Arkansas would bring in Taylen Green on the next drive, but it didn’t show any positive effect. Green would convert on 3rd down with his legs, but apart from that, nothing really going for the Hogs offense. After failing to convert on 3rd down, Missouri would take over at the 20.

Missouri would go three and out, and after a botched snap on the punt, Arkansas would take it down to the Tigers’ 22. However, a personal foul penalty would push the Hogs back to the 37. Arkansas would get to the red zone, but eventually had to opt for the field goal after a terrific pass breakup by Santana Banner. 17-14 Hogs to end the first half.

Arkansas would go three and out to start the second half. Missouri would respond promptly, with a ludicrous, broken tackle filled 53-yard touchdown run by Ahmad Hardy. A botched snap on the PAT would make it 20-17.

Arkansas would go on a promising drive, but eventually another mishap derailed the Hogs, this time with a missed field goal.

Nothing special with the next few drives, as both teams couldn’t get anything going offensively, leading to early punts. Missouri got the ball back, holding it until the start of the 4th. Missouri would start with 1st and 15 at their own 40.

Missouri would drive well, resulting in a field goal to put the game at 23-17. Arkansas would go three and out and in a matter of moments, the game was a two possession game, thanks to a Kevin Coleman Jr punt return TD. The two-point conversion was a success, thanks to a nice run from Jamal Roberts. 31-17 Tigers with about eight minutes to go.

Arkansas would drive and get a few first downs, but eventually, back-to-back sacks would seal the drive, forcing a punt with just under five minutes to go.

Missouri wouldf run out the clock, winning 31-17 and improving to 8-4
